The design is printed on both sides of the flag and runs full-bleed, edge to edge — no border, no frame — so the wheel reads at full strength from either direction.

This flag is composed to hang vertically from its corner loops as a portrait banner — hang it from the loops along one short edge and the wheel stands upright, the knotwork bands across the top and bottom.
